What is the TRIP Package?

We include in one low price the rental Insurance($500 deductible per incident), Propane(you don't have to refill), Hitch system if needed, Toilet paper & Chemicals.

Do I need to clean the trailer before returning it?

Yes!  To avoid any loss to your cleaning deposit the Travel Trailer must be returned as follows:

Swept out(we include a broom), all surfaces wiped/cleaned including counters, table, toilet, shower, sinks, refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven and microwave. 

What are the Pick-up and Return times?

Due to the demand of our rentals, especially during the late spring/summer months, our Pick-up times are after 2pm and Return time is 12pm.  P & R times may be adjusted if possible and pre-scheduled.

Do I need provide addition insurance?

No, we provide Comprehensive/Collision Insurance and Liability(up to $1.000.000.) coverage for all our units as part of the TRIP Package.  If a Insurance claim is needed to complete a repair then a $500 deducible per incident will be paid by Renter.

You may also contact your Insurance provider for addional coverage during your rental dates.

How old do I need to be to rent?

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent from us and have a valid drivers license.

What is the Cancellation policy?

Any reservations cancelled less then 24 hours from pickup date will be charged via credit card on file 50% of the rental balance or $250 whichever is less(does not apply to Burning Man). If renter is a no-show and no-contact by 4pm on pickup day the entire rental balance due will be charged to credit card on file.

Can I add additional drivers to the rental contract?

Yes, however each additional driver must be present at the time of pickup and have a valid driver’s license.  Additional drivers must added to the our Rental Agreement prior to departure and have proof of Insurance.

What kind of security deposit is required?

We require a $500.00 security deposit which must be in cash or check(Checks are not cashed, just held). 

This deposit is fully refundable as long as the Travel Trailer is returned cleaned and damage free.

Do I need to schedule my rental pick-up and returns?

Yes, all of our pick-ups and returns must be scheduled.  If available, earlier pick-ups and later returns can be made upon request. Expect your rental pick-up to take approximately 30 minutes for a full orientation of the unit being rented. We DO NOT schedule pickups on Sunday since we are closed.

What kind of instruction will be given about the rental?

We offer an orientation that will explain the basic operation of the trailer.  This process usually takes about 20 minutes and will be tailored to your needs and experience.

Are pets allowed in the trailers?

Yes. Pets are allowed in the trailers, upon approval and acceptance of our pet policy.

Is smoking allowed in the trailers?

NO smoking of ANY kind is allowed in any of our trailers. Smoke odor or any evidence of smoking will result in an immediate forfeiture of your $500.00 security deposit.

Do I need to return the trailer with gray and black water tanks empty? 

Yes, both holding tanks need to be empty prior to returning the trailer or Renter will be charged $50.00. This does not apply if we are delivering the trailer.

Are there TV/DVDs in the trailers?

There are not TVs in all units and we do not provide any satellite, cable service or connection.

How much does it cost to rent a trailers?

Our rates are posted on our website on the individual trailers page. Base rate plus $10 (trip pkg) per night. If you still have questions please call or email.​

Can I take the trailer out of state?

Yes, you may take the trailer out of state but you cannot take the trailer to Mexico.

Is there any special equipment I should have for my car?

For trailer rentals your vehicle must be equipped with a electronic trailer brake controller and have round 7 pin connector at the rear. We will provide weight distribution hitches with bars if needed. Some people may also use extended mirrors to increase visibility behind the towed trailer. It is important to be aware of your vehicle’s maximum tongue weight capacity as well. This will ensure you are not towing a trailer that is unsafe for your vehicle.

Can I borrow someone’s tow vehicle?

Borrowing a vehicle is a very common scenario when renting a trailer. Just make sure it is correctly licensed and insured. 

What type of generators do we rent? A 30amp is recommended. Smaller generators will still allow for recharging batteries.​

​When NOT connected to power a generator is recommended.

 The generators we offer for rent are able to run the A/C, microwave, power outlets and recharge travel trailer batteries.
